GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. About Us

Drink & Co is an authorised retailer of the Hennessy Henny beverage range. Our online store is operated by Drink & Co. For any enquiries, please contact us at drincandco1@hotmail.com.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website or in-store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Terms & Conditions of Sale. These terms apply to all purchases made through Drink & Co.


3. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

Alcoholic beverages, including all products in the Hennessy Henny collection, are subject to strict age restrictions under UK law.

  • You must be aged 18 or over to purchase any product from Drink & Co.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including upon delivery.
  • If valid proof of age cannot be provided upon delivery, the order will be cancelled and returned to us.
  • It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol for a person under the age of 18.


4. Products & Pricing

4.1 Product Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of the Hennessy Henny products displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be that shown at the time your order is confirmed.

4.3 Limited Editions

Certain Hennessy Henny releases may be limited in quantity. We cannot guarantee availability and reserve the right to cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable after purchase, in which case a full refund will be issued.


5. Ordering Process

  1. Select your Hennessy Henny product(s) and add them to your basket.
  2. Proceed to checkout and provide accurate delivery details.
  3. Review your order summary and confirm your purchase.
  4. You will receive an order confirmation by email to the address provided.
  5. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation.


6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Other methods as displayed at checkout

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details on our servers.


7. Delivery

Please refer to our separate Delivery Policy for full details. In summary:

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • Delivery is subject to a signature from a person aged 18 or over.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.


8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.


9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drink & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
