RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Overview
At Drink & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Hennessy Henny purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help. Please contact us at drincandco1@hotmail.com within the timeframes set out below.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
2. Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)
As an online consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us at drincandco1@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Important Note on Opened / Unsealed Products
Please be aware that once an alcoholic beverage has been opened or the seal broken, your right to cancel may be affected, as the product is then subject to hygiene and safety considerations. We strongly advise inspecting your order before opening.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your Hennessy Henny product arrives damaged or appears to be faulty, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at drincandco1@hotmail.com.
- Include your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product.
Where a product is confirmed as damaged or faulty, you will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement, at your preference. We will cover return postage costs in such cases.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched and the incorrect item collected at no cost to you.
5. Returns Procedure
To initiate a return for any reason:
- Contact us by email at drincandco1@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Use a tracked delivery service for your return — we recommend using a service that provides proof of postage.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
We are unable to accept returns sent without prior authorisation.
6. Return Postage Costs
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Return postage will be covered by Drink & Co.
Change of mind (within 14-day cooling-off period): Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Where applicable, original delivery charges will be refunded for faulty or incorrect items.
- For change-of-mind returns, we reserve the right to deduct the original outbound delivery charge from the refund amount.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened, consumed in part, or whose seal has been broken (unless faulty)
- Items returned after the 14-day cooling-off period without prior agreement
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
9. Limited Edition & Allocated Products
Due to the exclusive nature of certain Hennessy Henny releases, all sales of limited edition or allocated products are considered final and are non-refundable, except in cases of damage, fault, or incorrect dispatch. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
